• Companies: Responsible for managing their users' access, ensuring that payment and compliance data is accurate, and adhering to company policies.
• Users: Responsible for keeping login credentials secure, updating necessary documents, and ensuring that submitted data (e.g., invoices, reports) is accurate.

Verion is not liable for any errors in data submitted by users or companies.

Data Ownership & Security

All data entered into the Verion platform by users or companies remains the property of the respective owner (individual users or their associated companies). Verion acts as a secure service provider, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.

• Users can access their personal details, invoices, and compliance records.
• Companies can access and manage their fleet, payment records, and user compliance data.
• Verion ensures data encryption, limited access rights, and secure storage of sensitive information.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that Verion is not responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from user negligence (e.g., sharing login credentials).

Account Sharing & Multi-User Access

Companies using Verion may assign different access levels to their employees, ensuring that each employee can access only the data relevant to their role.

• Users are prohibited from sharing login credentials.
